Life's a Beach...

Today is our last day at the beach. Tomorrow, it's back to reality. The coming week promises to be full of buying school supplies and doing laundry and organizing the kid's closets and drawers. There is sure to be a trip to the Salvation Army with a donation of their outgrown clothing. The Boy has orientation on Friday...and still has to write several paragraphs on The Great Gatsby. The Princess still has to read the last third of The Odyssey. Which means I will need to take off my nice, relaxed Mommy hat and put on the mean, nagging Mommy hat.


So today I will savor my last few hours of freedom and remember the peace and tranquility of the past week (except for the stingray episode, of course!)
