This is what our view is today....rain, rain, rain. We need it though! I have been feeling yucky for the past week or so, and today is the first day I have woken up and felt GOOD! =-))
Tim has been trying to get the kids out on skis for at least a few minutes every day he is home...I begged off because I wasn't feeling well (so I didn't get any pictures...) but...apparently Clay has conquered the deep water slalom start. According to Tim, he gets right up and stays up. Yay Clay! Paige is also doing quite well, and is whipping in and out of the wake now....we'll have to let her try to drop a ski soon!
The 4th of July was a quiet day for us. We just hung out here at the house and watched the fireworks from our dock. Most people do fireworks from their docks, and then we can see the Moosehaven display afterwards...it is quite pretty.The only other news to report is that Paige's room is almost put together. Her beds are up, and everything has been rearranged - we are just waiting for her new comforters (the afore-mentioned pink comforters!) to arrive. I just checked online and they are supposed to arrive via UPS tomorrow sometime. Perfect timing, since Simon and Louise arrive Friday!
