Hello.  In less than a week, Christmas will be here!  Hooray!  We are going to Michigan for Christmas - I hope it snows!!!!  Our family is going to have an early Christmas sort of today and open a couple of presents and watch the boat parade.  Then tomorrow we are going to try to get on a plane to go to Michigan.  It's actually going to be cold in Michigan.  Yay!

I took my first tests for Calvert - and I got all A's and one B.  I'm a little upset about the B.  It was in Grammar.  I don't like Grammar.  Why DO we have to know about subordinate and independent clauses?  I like diagramming sentences, though.  It's like drawing a picture!
