The top of the list

Apparently the showing went well yesterday.  The feedback that we got was that we are at the "top of the list" for these buyers.  They are relocating from out of town and will be back in the middle of August to take another look.


Which is good news, right?

Tim and I have been fretting a bit, because we had really wanted the kids to be able to start the school year in whichever school they will be attending....

But.  Oh well.

So, we're not at this point quite yet...

But at least we're at the top of the list.  We'll see what happens...

We're really hoping that we might be looking at a view like this quite soon...

After scurrying around like frenetic chickens with their proverbial heads chopped off yesterday cleaning, and then the showing, the kid's church youth group came over for their summer party.  The kids had a lot of fun hanging out and catching up with an old friend who is visiting from Japan (where she now lives)...

The kids had so much fun that they're all coming back over this afternoon to hang out a bit more!
